Sam, our driver, is one of those people who goes the extra mile for customers. The care in which Sam and his team took with our items was surprising. They acted like they were moving their house. Not ours. Sam also called us to tell us about a bridge closure around Pittsburgh and even gave us the route to get around that. That to me is customer service at its finest. 100%

Doug and the Rochester crew were not only friendly and entertaining, but efficiently prepped and loaded everything. They communicated with us the whole time and prepared us well for the move. You could tell they knew what they were doing and were committed to an excellent customer experience. I've never moved long distance, but I have moved locally and this was by far the best company I've ever worked with!
